Southeast Geothermal was founded in 2010 as a sister company of Byers Well Drilling. We had done drilling for the geothermal boreholes for other jobs; however, people didn’t associate the well drilling with the geothermal. Lon went to school and graduate HVAC through North GA Tech in Clarksville, GA in 1989. When he left school he got a job with Air Cond Corp from East Point, GA Purchased Byers Well Drilling in October 1994. We did the new Headquarters for Blue Ridge Mountain EMC bore field.We did the bore field for Western Carolina University Harrill Hall in 2012. Numerous residential jobs bore fields and several complete systems.
